Project Manager (m/f/x)
From the moment a project is sold until the day it is handed over — and through the ten years of warranty that follow — you own it.
Handmade in Belgium. Installed in one day.
STRETCH designs, manufactures and installs seamless stretch ceilings and walls — cold-fitted in a single day, without dust, rubble or paint. Acoustics, light and print integrate into one seamless surface that outlives conventional plasterboard.
STRETCH is part of STRETCH Group, together with Alto Design (our production in Częstochowa, Poland), Re-Sound (acoustic panels and booths) and Stretch Metal (metalwork): a manufacturer, not an importer. From Beveren-Waas we deliver projects across Belgium, Europe and the US — from a living room to a hotel wellness, a bank headquarters or a recording studio.

One person carries every project. That is you.
Every project STRETCH sells needs an owner: someone who takes it over from sales at signature, carries it through planning, production and installation, hands it over to a satisfied client — and stays its point of contact for the full ten-year warranty period.
You are the link between sales, the Admin team, production and the installation team, and the one person the client, the architect and the contractor can always reach. You attend the meetings, keep the project folder complete, draw and specify what needs it, guard the budget and make sure the installers on site have everything they need to deliver.

Sold. Planned. Built. Handed over. Guaranteed.
Six areas of responsibility, in the order a project moves through them.
Project takeover & planning
- Take over every sold project from sales: review the quotation, drawings and scope, and confirm that what was sold can be built as sold.
- Plan the project end-to-end: timeline, material orders, production slots, installation crew and site logistics.
- Organise or carry out the site measurement and check site readiness before installation is scheduled.
Meetings & communication
- Attend every necessary project meeting: site meetings, coordination meetings and client meetings.
- After each meeting, write a summary and file it the same day in the project folder on OneDrive.
- Be the single point of contact for the client, the architect and the general contractor; coordinate with the other trades (electrical, lighting, HVAC, sprinklers) wherever the ceiling integrates with their work.
- Give your manager and the Admin team a weekly status of all running projects: planning, budget and risks.
Technical documentation
- Create technical drawings and specification documents whenever a project requires them.
- Gather all documentation for every project: drawings, material datasheets, fire and acoustic certificates, order confirmations, site photos and as-built information.
- Keep the project folder on OneDrive complete and up to date, so anyone in the team can pick up the project at any moment.
Budget & execution
- Deliver every project within budget: track costs against the quotation, order materials on time and flag deviations early.
- Manage additional works and changes: scope them, have them quoted and approved before they are executed.
- Support the installation team in reaching the project goals: prepare the installation briefing, make sure materials, tools and site access are ready, and solve problems on site.
Quality, handover & closing
- Carry out the final inspection, manage the snag list and organise the formal handover with the client.
- Close the project: complete the documentation, confirm invoicing readiness with the Admin team and record the lessons learned.
Warranty — ten years
- Remain the point of contact for the project during the full ten-year warranty period.
- Register and assess warranty claims, plan service interventions with the installation team, and keep the project’s warranty log up to date.
Structured on paper. Practical on site.
- Proven experience in project management in construction, interior finishing or a technical installation business.
- You read and produce technical drawings and specifications with confidence (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar).
- Structured and documentation-minded: a complete project folder is your standard, not an afterthought.
- Budget-aware and commercially alert: you notice deviations before they become costs.
- At ease on a construction site with installers and in a meeting room with architects and contractors.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset for projects in Brussels and Wallonia.
- Fluent with Microsoft 365 — OneDrive, Teams, Outlook and Excel.
- Driving licence B: you move between the office, the sites and the clients.
A clear package. A role with real ownership.
On top of the package: a role you own from day one, a direct line to the CEO, a product handmade in Belgium that is installed across Europe and the US, and the room to shape how projects are run inside a growing international group.
